Peter Bauert Instrumental to Parallels, Inc.’s Latest Project Successes

COO/CFO Peter Bauert shows that good leadership goes a long way with the successful release of Parallels, Inc.’s most recent virtualization projects.

When he first took on his double position at the privately owned software solutions provider, he had big shoes to fill. As part of the upper management of one of the leading virtualization technology companies, Bauert was tasked to maintain its high standing among industry professionals and consumers.

To expand its market, and as an answer to the increasing demand for more Mac OS-compatible programs, one of the first projects he oversaw was the development of Parallels Server for Mac. The first version was released in June 2008, with an updated version more akin to the Parallels Server for Windows and Linux released three months later.

Several other projects have been launched successfully under the administration of Peter Bauert. Among these are updated versions of the Parallels Server for Windows and Linux.
