Peter Bauert in Charge of Parallels, Inc.’s Product Portfolio Expansion

As the CFO and COO of Parallels, Inc., Peter Bauert is in charge of all the operational and administrative functions of the multinational software solutions company, including finance, accounting, human resources, legal and IT.

Since the beginning of his tenure, the IT executive has been able to help the company expand its product portfolio, accommodating the Mac OS market as well as Windows and Linux users. While the company is more known for its desktop and server virtualization solutions, Parallel’s newest datacenter automation products are set to significantly influence the IT service provider market. The company has released an integrated automation and cloud computing platform that specifically caters to small and medium-sized businesses, which are a rapidly growing IT industry sector.

Under the leadership of Peter Bauert, Parallels, Inc. has also been able to expand its workforce. The company currently has more than 750 employees in offices across North America, Europe and Asia.
